Lazy Jellyfish (“the App”) is a mobile game developed for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and how to contact us with questions.

Summary

• We do not collect or store any personally identifying information (name, email, address, phone, etc.).
• We do not create user accounts.
• Your progress (high score, codex, daily streaks, daily-challenge scores, sound/vibration preferences) is stored only on your device using Hive local storage.
• The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect data as described below.
• We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties other than the ad partners described here.

Data collected by the App itself

None. The App has no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no backend server. All gameplay data stays on your device.

Data collected by Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob is a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone)
• Ad interaction events (impression, click)
• Approximate location derived from IP address

This data is used by Google to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. You can learn more and exercise your rights at:

Tracking

The App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to build a cross-app advertising profile.

Personalized vs non-personalized ads

The App serves only non-personalized (contextual) ads. It does not link your data with data from other apps or websites for targeted advertising.

Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have received information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

International users

The App is available worldwide. Data processed by AdMob may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates. By using the App you consent to this processing.

Your choices

• Reset advertising identifier: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android Settings → Google → Ads.
• Limit ad tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising; Android’s “opt out of ads personalization” toggle. (The App already requests non-personalized ads only.)
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App. Hive storage lives only in the App’s container and is removed with it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be announced in the next app update’s release notes.
